Overview
The Panigale V4 belongs to the fully faired supersport class. The fairing cuts wind resistance at speed and tucks the rider behind the flow; in town it returns as heat and a manoeuvring constraint.
The riding position loads the wrists and neck. That is tiring over distance but correct geometry for the track, and buyers in this class make the trade knowingly.
In a modern supersport, electronics are the layer that makes power usable. Without traction control, wheelie control and engine-braking settings, current power levels would be unusable on the road for most riders.
